Job Description
Under the supervision of the perioperative registered nurse, assists the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures, prepares the operating room, and maintains a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of a Surgical Technologist program
