Surgical Tech - L&D

The Operating Room Surgical Technologists work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse circulator to facilitate safe and effective care. Functions in a professional manner on a wide variety of surgical procedures.

Requirements

• selection and preparation of the appropriate supplies and equipment for the surgical cases
• scrubbing on surgical cases and operating surgical equipment
• participating in surgery by organizing the instrumentation and participating in surgical counts
