Requirements

• Results-driven leader
• Experience in healthcare leadership
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or equivalent clinical experience
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
• Ability to make recommendations concerning departmental policies, goals, budgets and staffing needs
• Ability to work productively and effectively in a complex environment
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish/maintain effective communication
• Leadership and educational skills to assist in meeting the needs of staff
• Demonstrate willingness to make meaningful contribution to the work environment
