Requirements

• Conducts a nutrition assessment for all patients identified at nutritional risk to determine an appropriate plan of nutrition therapy
• Develops and implements nutrition care plans for patients
• Provides education to various departments on nutrition-related topics
• Researches and develops programs for dietetic interns
• Participates in research projects and nutrition-related programs
• Maintains hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
