Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of prior institutional or catering business cooking experience, or two years of experience in quantity food preparation
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations, make recipe extensions, follow standardized recipes, understand portion control, and evaluate prepared food
