Job Description
Performs diagnostic CT exams, verifies patient identity, and reviews medical history. Explains procedures to patients and provides post-care instructions. Participates in process improvement activities and provides imaging education to residents and new employees.
Requirements
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or Computed Tomography (CT) preferred
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BLS) training required
- One or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology ® or advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
