Job Description
Performs diagnostic nuclear medicine exams, verifies patient identity, and reviews medical history. Explains procedures to patients and provides post-care instructions. Participates in quality improvement activities and provides imaging education to residents and new employees.
Requirements
- Registered in Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine Technology (N)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BLS) training
