Requirements

• Collaborate and cooperate with care team members to ensure consistency and quality of care
• Perform a variety of basic patient care activities under the direction of a registered nurse
• Assist patient in activities of daily living
• Follow all departmental policies, procedures and objectives
• Demonstrate sensitivity to patient comfort and privacy
• Answer questions from patients and their families and explain procedures and processes within the scope of their training/abilities
