Radiologic Technologists Full Time Nights

Under general supervision, performs diagnostic radiological exams, verifies patient identity, and acquires images as per script. Interviews patient to obtain medical history and assesses risk factors.

Requirements

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography (R)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training
• Analytical and clinical skills to determine age-appropriate radiograph methods
• Interpersonal and communication skills to deal with patients under physical/emotional stress
• Technical knowledge to operate equipment, including specialized equipment and computers
• Ability to work productively in a complex environment and handle multiple/changing priorities
• Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and positioning of patients
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate x-ray equipment and supplies
