Requirements

• Presents a visible security presence in order to prevent the appearance of criminal opportunity.
• Assists patients, guests, and staff by providing general information and access control.
• Investigates complaints and prepares reports documenting all significant events and investigations.
• Monitors security and fire equipment, and answers telephones and provides information to public and hospital staff as needed.
