Requirements

• Diagnoses and treats speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders
• Treats complex/specialty cases for assigned site(s)
• Counsels, educates and advises patients and their families
• Develops home programs for patients as needed
• Documents diagnostic reports and therapeutic progress notes
• Participates as a member of the inter-disciplinary rehabilitation team
