Requirements

• Under general guidance from manager, coordinates, assigns work, assists and monitors technicians in the collection, decontamination, disinfection, sterilization, storage and distribution of Equipment, Instrumentation and supplies throughout the hospital.
• Monitors and if necessary educates the Instrument Technicians in their work/tasks, to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Collects and maintains daily/monthly quality assurance indicators for necessary department reports manager must prepare and present to various committees.
