Job Description
Tennant Company is looking for a Senior Controls Test Engineer, Robotics to join their team. The role involves defining system-level testing strategies, influencing product design through data, and ensuring the company's robots perform safely and reliably in demanding customer environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test engineering, validation, and system verification, and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years in test engineering, validation, or system verification roles
- Hands-on experience testing complex electro-mechanical and embedded systems
- Demonstrated use of DFMEA, FTA, accelerated testing, and reliability methodologies
- Proven ability to own test execution end-to-end and deliver on schedule
