Job Description
Tennant Company is a globally recognized leader in the cleaning equipment industry, looking for a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join the Corporate R&D New Product Development team, with a focus on system architecture and development on machine and technology development projects.
Requirements
- BS (MS preferred) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- At least 15 years of demonstrated ability to deliver excellent engineering products to established timelines
- Rich experience in MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) and SysML tools
- Global design leadership and implementation experience
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. Green Belt accepted
