Co-op-Production Supervisor

Tenneco is seeking driven, self-motivated engineering/engineering technical focused students to gain hands-on experience working at their manufacturing facility in Frankfort, IN. The position involves working one-on-one with Manufacturing Engineers and gaining knowledge of various manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Update and maintain drawings/prints
• Report findings and next steps on assigned projects
• Develop support tooling/equipment to manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot equipment and analyze data to drive process improvements
• Write work instructions
• Support full time manufacturing engineers
• Support production supervision
• Support rubber engineering manager
• Research and pursue opportunities for cost reduction and profit improvement
