Instructional Design Intern

We're a company that values innovation, quality, and excellence, and we're looking for an Instructional Design Intern to support our Learning Creation and Design Team in creating engaging digital learning experiences.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in learning design or digital content development
• Foundational understanding of instructional design principles and how adults learn
• Familiarity with digital learning formats such as e-learning modules, microlearning, blended learning, or multimedia content
