Manufacturing Engineer

Tenneco is a leading manufacturer and distributor to the transportation industry. We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help us set industry standards and achieve excellence.

Requirements

• Manage and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop detailed cost estimates for projects
• Analyze and select packaging that protects the product and meets marketing goals
• Apply engineering principles to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products
• Follow up on Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) as applicable
• Provide packaging information of current or future products into customer web portals
• Estimate production rates, setup and tooling cost for inquiry and new part setup
• Capable of providing support as requested by supervisor
