Operations Manager

Responsible for managing all aspects of a product line within a plant by establishing goals and objectives for the business and managing the assets assigned to the value stream (people and equipment).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Hourly Supervision, Salaried Supervision, Quality Management/Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance Management, Human Relations Management, Financial Management, Operations Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
