Job Description
Tennessee Oncology is seeking an experienced Education Specialist, RN to develop and implement a comprehensive education plan for team members and providers. The role involves teaching, evaluating, and coordinating education programs, as well as mentoring staff and promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with 3 years of relevant experience
- Recent experience with staff health care education required
- Certification in specialty area required within 6 months of meeting certification requirements
- Chemotherapy Certification required within 3 months of meeting certification requirements
