Job Description
The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Coordinator, Premium Service to provide customer service to premium partners and support single-event suite sales. The role will transition to servicing premium clients at New Nissan Stadium after the 2026 season.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in sports or hospitality industry
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and process oriented
- Positive team-first attitude and competitive desire
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
