Inside Sales Executive

The Tennessee Titans are seeking Inside Sales Executives for Ticket Sales and Groups Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and sales experience in the sports or hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Sales and/or service experience in a sports or hospitality industry preferred
• Must be comfortable making cold calls
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Focused on obtaining a career in the professional sports industry
• Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office
• Experience with ticketing systems, such as Unify and CRM preferred
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary
• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
