Indirect Funding Officer

The Indirect Lending Funding Officer is responsible for facilitating the funding of dealer contracts, providing accurate and timely loan-related product and service information, and supporting the overall business objectives of the credit union.

Requirements

• Accurately audit and process dealer funding applications
• Verify membership eligibility, open new membership accounts, and review loan documents for accuracy
• Collaborate closely with indirect loan officers and management to resolve discrepancies between contract terms and loan approvals
• Communicate with dealerships, members, and prospective members to obtain any missing documentation or information required to complete and fund loan applications
• Assist with daily balancing
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as credit union policies and procedures
