Job Description
We are looking for a Process Analyst and Continuous Improvement at Tenpo's Customer Management Team. Your mission will be to analyze, optimize and redesign end-to-end processes, identifying inefficiencies, reprocessing and opportunities for simplification.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Information or related field
- 1 year of experience in Customer Care, Customer Management, Operations or Processes
- Experience in root cause analysis and management of indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge in process modeling (flowcharts) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen)
- Intermediate/Advanced Office management
