Tenpo is looking for a Data Engineering Leader to lead their data platform on GCP. The ideal candidate has advanced mastery of BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataform/dbt, and Cloud Storage, as well as experience leading teams and designing pipelines.

Requirements

• GCP Ecosystem: Advanced mastery of BigQuery (costs and performance), Cloud Composer (Airflow), Dataform/dbt, and Cloud Storage.
• Data Engineering: Design of pipelines (Batch & Near Real-Time), dimensional and domain-oriented modeling.
• Governance and DevOps: Experience with Dataplex, data observability, security IAM, and desirable Terraform.
• Career: +4 years of experience in data and +2 years leading teams in high-volume environments.
