Tech Lead

We are building the future of finance in Chile and are seeking a Technical Lead to join our team. The Technical Lead will be responsible for technically leading a team of developers, working closely with the Product Owner to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of leading development teams
• Solid experience in backend application development with Java and Spring Boot
• Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and practical application of SOLID principles
• Design and management of relational and non-relational databases
• Knowledge and application of architecture and design patterns, especially microservices and clean architecture
• Distributed solutions and caching strategies for performance optimization
• Messaging systems
• Familiarity with reactive programming is desirable
• Experience in CI/CD, versioning with GIT
• Value will be given to demonstrable experience in the use of AI, including concrete examples of application
