Physical Design Intern - CPU/AI Hardware

Tenstorrent is seeking a Physical Design Intern to work hands-on with advanced silicon and contribute to the optimization of AI/ML chips. The role involves synthesis, floorplanning, PnR, clocking, timing closure, and analysis/improving design PPA. This intern will gain experience in a collaborative environment and support the entire physical design flow.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in EE, ECE, CE, or CS
• Solid understanding of logic design, VLSI, and transistor-level concepts
• Familiar with PnR tools, timing analysis, and power optimization techniques
• Comfortable scripting in Tcl, Perl, Shell, or Python
