Requirements

• Outbound logistics and order fulfillment experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to ensure customers, partners, and internal teams stay aligned
• Experience with global shipping terms, customs documentation, tariffs & trade compliance, especially in tech/IT hardware
• Comfortable with ERP and order management systems, SAP S4/HANA, or e-commerce integrations
• Ability to manage customer shipments at scale and juggle order details across time zones, vendors, and customer teams
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
