Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer for SoC RTL Design, responsible for designing and developing Fabric and Memory subsystems for high-performance CPUs. The role involves creating RTL implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing power, performance, and area. The ideal candidate has experience in Fabric or Memory subsystem design, CPU and GPU fabrics, and hardware description languages.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS
- 5+ years of experience in Fabric or Memory subsystem design
- Extensive experience with CPU and GPU fabrics
- Strong understanding of interconnect topologies and protocols
- Proven ability to tightly couple memory subsystems with CPU cores
- Experience evaluating PPA trade-offs
- Hands-on experience with hardware description languages
- Expertise in microarchitecture definition and specification development
