Job Description
Tensure is a modern tech consultancy that tackles Cloud, Applications, and Data with open-handed expertise. As a Lead Data Engineer, you will own the design and delivery of modern data platforms for our clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
- Proven experience leading data projects and mentoring engineers
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse architecture, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Power BI, OneLake)
- Expertise in SQL and advanced data modeling
- Strong Python skills for data transformation and automation
- Experience with orchestration tools (Apache Airflow or equivalent)
- Experience in Azure cloud environments (preferred)
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and best practices
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
