Assistant Buyer

We are looking for an Assistant Buyer to support the Buying team in delivering product ranges that meet customer needs, achieve commercial targets, and land on time for seasonal launches. As Assistant Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting the Buying team to deliver product ranges that meet customer needs, achieve commercial targets, and land on time for seasonal launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail buying, product sourcing, or supply chain (lifestyle/consumer brands preferred)
• Some experience in overseas sourcing, ideally China, is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Passionate about outdoor products and lifestyle brands
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
