System Administrator (Level 2)

The System Administrator (Level 2) provides essential support for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Information Technology (IT) systems. This role involves managing IT infrastructure and related processes, handling daily operations, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical issues across various IT components.

Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) from an accredited college or university is required. Alternatively, five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• In-depth experience with troubleshooting IT systems and optimizing system operations.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems, including network components.
• Familiarity with NSA requirements and security standards.
• Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required (NSA requirement).
