Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing within the gaming industry
- Proven track record in game marketing and community management
- Hands-on experience managing Discord and Reddit communities
- Strong understanding of the global PC gaming ecosystem
- Experience with Steam platform marketing and product launches
- Expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and PR
- Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and external partners
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events
