Contrôleur de Gestion R&D Senior

Acteur majeur indépendant de la médecine esthétique et de la dermocosmétique, les Laboratoires Teoxane sont à la recherche d'un Senior R&D Management Controller pour soutenir leurs activités de recherche et développement.

Requirements

• Control all activities related to innovation project and support services (research, development, clinical, regulatory, industrialization,...).
• Contribute actively to the budget process and monthly financial closing (provisions, project tracking, personnel tracking...).
• Be a support to the different departments in the follow-up of their budgetary activities.
• Communicate with the Scientist Officer for project pipeline management.
• Establish and follow relevant financial indicators enabling various cost center managers and project managers to pilot their activities.
• Develop the financial project tracking process: business case, budget validation (total or by phase), gate project implementation (Go/No-Go), tracking of actual expenses by project/department/activity, quarterly updates of forecasts, financial dashboards, KPI.
• Be a major actor in the continuous improvement of processes and optimization of reporting tools (e.g.: P2P process: contractualization, order commitment, receipt of orders, provisions, invoices).
• Adapt the current accounting method to IFRS standards.
• Be the financial reference person in the support of the Company's key projects.
