Job Description
The Premium Services Assistant supports the day-to-day delivery and coordination of premium service for suite owners and club members for Tepper Sports & Entertainment, delivering exceptional service and operational support through first-class communication, account management, special events, and annual touchpoint programing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of ticket sales experience, collegiate or professional level
- Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems (KORE, Archtics preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
