The company is looking for a founding operations leader to own major parts of the platform as it scales from research tooling into the broader human data economy.

Requirements

• Identifying and closing gaps in process, data, and execution
• Owning and executing projects and special partnerships
• Partnering directly with the founders on budgeting, burn, and runway planning
• Driving cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution
• Managing customer relationships and onboarding new clients
• Handling core operational functions including legal, compliance, payments, and vendor management
