Requirements
- Ability to operate a manual lathe, including work holding, kitting of tools, reading and understanding of mechanical drawings.
- Ability to operate a CNC 3-axis mill, including work holding, kitting of tools, establishing offsets, reading and understanding of mechanical drawings.
- Inspect parts during production to monitor dimensional and visual quality.
- Communicate and provide feedback to our mechanical engineering design teams regarding manufacturing processes, best practices, and design improvements with respect to manufacturability.
- Must be able to read engineering prints
- Ability to measure parts using micrometer, caliper, height gauge, etc.
