Engineering Project Manager (D&A, North Reading, MA)

Seeking an Engineering Project Manager to manage cost, schedule, and scope of multiple engineering projects in the Defense and Aerospace Business Unit.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of cross-functional engineers to achieve project goals.
• Facilitate the creation of project schedules and requirements matrices.
• Identify and coordinate internal and external resources to execute the plan.
• Monitor and close programs/projects to achieve objectives.
• Use industry standard techniques and tools to measure progress against product and program objectives.
• Drive proactive corrective action where required.
• Manage scope change control activities, and communicate periodic project assessment to sponsors.
• Synthesize data and present program overview status to stake holders.
• Identify critical paths and project risks and recommend mitigation paths and plans.
