Engineering Project Manager (Teradyne, North Reading, MA)

We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Teradyne's growth through acquisition, integration, and portfolio expansion.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end program management for M&A initiatives from pre-deal assessment through post-acquisition integration
• Develop and maintain comprehensive integration plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
• Partner with Corporate Development and Finance to track synergy realization and business performance against integration objectives
• Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, legal, and confidentiality requirements throughout the M&A lifecycle
• Lead change management efforts to enable smooth adoption of processes, systems, and organizational structures
