Factory Applications Engineer (NEXTEST; San Jose, CA)

We are seeking a Factory Applications Engineer to support advanced memory customers and influence the evolution of the Nextest test platform. The successful candidate will participate in customer-facing technical engagements, support complex device bring-up activities, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• BSEE or related field OR equivalent experience
• 10+ years in memory semiconductor ATE engineering
• Experience developing, debugging, and correlating memory test programs
• Understanding of wafer sort and final test methodologies
