Field Application Engineer

The Teradyne Memory Field Applications team is seeking a highly-motivated Field Application Engineer to develop imaginative, thorough, and practical application solutions for semiconductor devices. The role involves developing test solutions, collaborating with customers, and providing training and technical support.

Requirements

• Develop, debug and deployment of test solutions for Digital, Mix-Signal and RF semiconductor devices
• Test program software development
• Load board/probe card schematics design and layout review
• Analyze problems and recommend solutions on Teradyne ATE platform
• Work with test engineering customers to understand and improve test processes
• Release to production of the test solution
• Discovery of customer requirements
• Develop new techniques and designs for characterizing and testing semiconductor devices
• Demonstrate tester capability for customer evaluations
• Assist customers on tester operation and capability
• Provide training, technical exchanges and technical papers
• Develop strong customer relations
