Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years developing and sustaining software solutions in a fast-paced environment
• 3–5+ years of experience in a formal engineering leader role.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and lean software development.
• Proven ability to translate user needs into technical solutions and balance product features with technical debt.
