TERADYNE seeks a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide requirements, process improvement, and system initiatives. The role involves managing business process and systems team, overseeing GCS Enterprise Architecture Landscape, and coaching business process analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field.
- 3â5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or systems implementation.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing business analysts or cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business analysis best practices, process modeling, and requirements governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with enterprise applications, data, and process architecture is an advantage.
- Project or program management experience is a plus.
