Project Manager : GCS: BPS: Philippines: Cebu

TERADYNE seeks a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide requirements, process improvement, and system initiatives. The role involves managing business process and systems team, overseeing GCS Enterprise Architecture Landscape, and coaching business process analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or systems implementation.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing business analysts or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business analysis best practices, process modeling, and requirements governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with enterprise applications, data, and process architecture is an advantage.
• Project or program management experience is a plus.
