Teradyne is seeking an experienced Analog Software Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team developing and maintaining DC-focused ATE and test-system software for the Nextest division.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the Analog Software Engineering team
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers
• Define the technical vision, roadmap, and execution plan for DC test and measurement software
• Collaborate closely with Analog Hardware, FPGA, Systems, SQA, Product, and Manufacturing teams
• Drive software architecture and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and root-cause analysis of complex system-level issues
• Ensure software solutions scale from engineering characterization to high-volume production test
• Promote best practices in documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional technical alignment
