Technical Project Manager - Optical Test Systems (Teradyne SiPh Test Solutions, North Reading, MA)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager with a strong background in optical system design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing project teams that develop advanced optical test solutions for the Silicon Photonics market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline; master’s degree is preferred; certifications in optical engineering are a plus
• 5+ years experience in optical systems design and project management
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of optical principles, systems, and technologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
