Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Teranet is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to maintain, develop, and enhance the Risk Management program. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Leadership to integrate ERM principles and practices into the organization's management system, ensuring alignment with the Teranet ERM program.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Risk Management or Audit (internal or external)
• Proven experience drafting reports for Executive Management and/or Boards/Audit Committees
• Strong critical thinker, problem solver, innovator, and collaborative team player
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Risk Management and Internal Control Frameworks and best practices
• Background in IT security and IT risk management is an asset
• Understanding of the real estate and credit/lending markets is an asset
• Knowledge of Resolver (Digital Risk Register) is an asset
