
Job description
Manage HR projects related to talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as employer brand and attractiveness. Monitor trends and innovations in HR development and coordinate with internal partners.
Manage cross-functional projects, monitor trends, participate in diversity and inclusion projects, pilot junior programs, ensure recruitment and accompaniment actions, coordinate the distribution of the Apprenticeship Tax, and follow and analyze HR project performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be able to coordinate with internal partners, and have a deep understanding of HR development and employer brand strategies.
