Financial Analyst

Environmental Solutions Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at our headquarters in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Financial Analyst will support the FP&A organization through financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of finance, FP&A, or accounting experience; strong internship experience considered.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to BI or planning tools preferred.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Curious, self‐motivated, and eager to learn and improve processes.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and financial concepts.
• Ability to work cross‐functionally and collaborate with partners across the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity and commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Problem-solving mindset with interest in process improvement.
