Welder

Join our team at Terex as a Welder and contribute to the Terex Dungannon Operations team. The role involves welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and site performance goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or welding environment
• Experience using MIG, TIG, or other welding techniques
• Experience working in a similar heavy engineering or mobile equipment industry
• Strong practical and technical skills with a focus on quality work
• High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working to changing priorities while maintaining productivity and accuracy
• Strong action orientation with a commitment to meeting targets and deadlines
• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times
• Determination and perseverance when faced with challenges
