Welder Fabricator

Seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to work in a team environment, ensuring high-quality work and meeting production schedules. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, working with others to meet deadlines, and maintaining a professional approach.

Requirements

• Read and interpret complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and other measuring instruments specialized to the job or industry
• Have relevant work experience, preferably welding in a heavy equipment environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal guidance
• Ability to drive quality improvements
• Ability to meet given targets
• Knowledge of H&S procedures & responsibilities
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing preferred
