Terminal is building the world's first AI-powered Yard Operating System (YOS) to digitize, automate, and orchestrate everything that happens in the yard. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end deployment of YOS for enterprise customers, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation
- Prior hands-on experience implementing TMS, ERP, WMS, or similar operations-critical platforms
- Demonstrated project management competency
- Experience navigating technically complex environments
- Proven executive communication skills
- Strong operational consulting instincts
